How long should a typical stay be?

We require a minimum stay of 3 nights, but most families benefit from staying 3 to 5 nights for optimal rest and recovery. You’re welcome to stay longer based on your needs and availability.

Can my partner or family stay with me?

Yes, your partner or a support person is welcome to stay with you in your private room. However, we cannot accommodate extended family or additional guests.

Is a payment plan available?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. The full balance must be paid by the check-in date. Let us know your needs, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable plan.

Are these services reimbursed by insurance?

Our services are not covered by RAMQ, but many are eligible for partial reimbursement through private insurance. We will gladly provide the necessary documentation to help with your claims.

We recommend reaching out as early as your second trimester. Bookings are accepted up to two weeks in advance of your preferred stay date, subject to availability.

We understand that birth plans can change. You may reschedule your stay up to 24 hours in advance due to early or delayed delivery. While stays are generally non-refundable, we will consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
