We offer twice-weekly workshops for new parents, covering a variety of themes ledby different specialists from emotional well-being to practical parenting skills alongside supportive peer networks.
Expert Consultations
Every stay at Havre Bene includes at least one private session with a specialist whether that’s a lactation consultant, postpartum expert, nutritionist, sexologist, or mental health professional. Depending on the package you choose, you may have access to multiple specialists during your stay.
